Genoa Salame

Mildly seasoned with white pepper and salt. Sustainable farmed, vegetarian-fed pork without antibiotics.

Calabrese Salame

Inspired by the spices of Calabria, Italy, this zesty Calabrese is made with cayenne pepper and paprika to give it a uptick in spice, perfect with aged gouda, and Parmigiano-Reggiano.

A bit more peckish? A larger portion and a bit more savory than the Genoa. Yes, it's worth blowing your diet on. Sustainable farmed, vegetarian-fed pork without antibiotics.

Central Coast Creamery’s Holey Cow

Reggie Jones (cheesemaker at Central Coast) creates a semi-soft cheese with micro openings with a smooth creamy tecture and crisp, buttery finish. OMG!

Cowgirl Creamery Mt Tam (whole 15, half 8)

Cowgirl's signature cheese, elegant, organic certified, triple-cream brie encased in snowy-white bloomy rind. Firm and buttery with mellow earthy flavors. Organic milk sourced from Straus Family Dairy.

Cypress Grove Humboldt Fog (8)

A handcrafted soft-ripened goat cheese with a ribbon of edible vegetable ash. Flavors of buttermilk and fresh cream with floral notes, and a clean citrus finish. The signature Cypress Grove cheese from founder Mary Keehn.

Milton Creamery’s Prairie Breeze

Rufus and Jane's creamery (Milton Creamery) in Southern Iowa, creates heavenly cheese. Another happy cow place. We offer their PB, a white cheddar style cheese, aged for a minimum of 9 months, made with vegetarian rennet and no added color. Creamy with a little crunch from the calcium crystals developed during the aging process. It’s nutty tones and fresh canned pineapple scent distinguish it from all other cheddars.

Point Reyes Aged Gouda

Presenting a creamy texture and lightly crystalized, delivering pops of complex flavor. Deep flavors of toasted hazelnuts, caramel, butterscotch and cooked cream. Point Reyes' Gouda is a pasteurized, rBST-free cows’ milk aged 16 months in a vegetarian rennet.
